This weeks workout
First off, apologies, it's pretty manic at the moment juggling a few issues so I'm not getting on here as much as I'd like. Will do better 🙄
Anyway, I did this circuit yesterday and it kicked my butt...
The idea is to work through the 3 exercises with little to no rest. I'd strongly suggesting starting at a low rep range if any of these seem hard.
I started with 15 reps of :
Bag to overhead
Bag split jumps
Bag press ups
Then I did 14 of each, 13 etc all the way down to 1. I aimed to get it done in under 30 mins and just about managed it. Give it a try and see how you get on 👌
