Tues, April 14th at 12 PM EST/5pm UK (Open to VIP) ✨ 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 We'll dig into practical tools and strategies to help you stay consistent, build momentum, and keep growing in your plant-based journey this month. Come ready to learn and leave with things you can put into action right away. Mon, April 20th (Open to ALL) 🥤 𝟱-𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝗨𝗽 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳! Five days of smoothie recipes, and a whole lot of good energy. From Mon April 20th-24th, you'll get a new recipe each morning designed to boost your energy, support digestion, and help you feel really good in your body. Head to the community feed each day for your recipe and daily check-in. This one is open to everyone, so feel free to bring a friend along! You can start anytime and move through it at your own pace. Each day includes: • one short video (under 2 minutes) • one small, doable action That’s it. You don’t need to be plant-based already. You don’t need to cook anything fancy.
