I mentioned a little while back that I was working on a simple meal plan for those weeks when you want to eat well but don’t have the bandwidth to think about what to make. Well… it’s here. 🙌 We already have so many recipes inside PPKC, but sometimes more choices = more overwhelm. So this week, instead of another individual recipe drop, I created something even better: 👉 A 3-Day Five-Minute Meal Plan It’s now inside the Meal Plans Library in the Classroom, and I’ll be adding more plans there soon. If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving or any holiday this week, I hope you enjoy it.
