So I almost forgot to mention something..
I had a lot going on, and it just slipped my mind. But I just remembered, and I didn't want to let it go without saying anything. For the third year in a row, Iโ€™ve won the Hunterdon Happenings List award for Nutrition Services. Basically, the number one Nutritionist in my county here in New Jersey. And honestly? I didn't even really promote it this year. And I still won. That means so much to me. It's such an honor to be recognized in my field, in my industry, for something that to me doesn't even feel like work. I love what I do. I really, truly do. You know, I went from working in finance in a corporate environment to doing this. Building my own business. And it's not to say that it's been easy, because it hasn't always been. But the joy that I get from making people's lives even just a little bit better... Even if it's just sharing a piece of information. Even if it's just one small change in someone's life. That is why I do this. That is what I set out to do. And for those of you who have worked with me personally, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me and for letting me help you live a better, healthier life. I have worked with so many incredible men and women over the years, and it is truly such an honor. I just really wanted you to know that.

I went on a walk this morning and halfway through I almost turned back. It was chilly, I was tired, you know how it goes. I just didn't feel like it..But I finished it.
