I mentioned a little while back that I was working on a simple meal plan for those weeks when you want to eat well but don’t have the bandwidth to think about what to make.

We already have so many recipes inside PPKC, but sometimes more choices = more overwhelm. So this week, instead of another individual recipe drop, I created something even better:
