So I'm doing so much better after having all the things in the second picture...is there anything you would say I should swap π§or anything to add? I'm also on HRT.
My lovely perimenopausal body used to wake me at 5:30 but it's now 4:30π₯΄
But for the most part, feeling better.
Big win...I upped my weights today! Can't believe it!
