Firstly I am not sure where that week went but on reflection it was a very positive week. I was worried about being away and out of routine. The worry was not needed.
Hydration was on point 6 out of 7 days.
Cardio was done 5 mornings and once last night when I got home.
I got my 3 gym sessions in.
3days over 20,000 steps and 4 days of over 10,000
Managed my food so much better and even with a cheat day I still lost 2.4 lb.
My biggest win. I am in a long distance relationship and we hadn't seen each other for nearly 6 weeks, she saw my arms and complimented the change I have had. I would normally make a negative comment but instead I looked in the mirror to see what she was seeing and gave myself a rare compliment.
She's amazing with her support but I went into detail with her about this group and how supportive you all are. How your wins and progress is inspiring me to keep going so thank you all.
