My training wasn't the problem, my planning was
I was showing up to the gym but forgetting what I'd planned to change, what felt off last session, and which goals I was actually working toward each week. Progress felt random because my notes were everywhere.
What helped was splitting it up: chatgpt.com for thinking through how to structure a training block or a weekly routine, and floment.ai to keep my notes and the tasks I'm committed to in one project, so I can see what I said I'd do.
Nothing fancy. It just made my week feel a lot less random.
Curious how everyone here keeps track of their plans and progress, notes app, spreadsheet, or just in your head?
