I was not feeling it this morning, got up a little later, got the girls ready for their morning club and pushed myself to go get some kind of session in.
So glad I did, smashed out 30 mins of cardio (20mins crosstrainer, 10mins stair master) and smashed out a pull session. Got to up the weight on 1 exercise and increased reps on 4 others.
Biggest motivation now is upping the reps on one exercise as then I can up the weight to the whole stack, so that's my target for pull session over the next couple of weeks
