May ๐Ÿ’ช
I finally reached a pinnacle point this last month that going to the gym is a genuine 'need' now and not a negotiable feeling. On rest days I actually miss the gym.
Made slow and steady progress in May increasing my strength but lapsed a little on the food logging and did a lot of guess work so this needs improvement.
Ended the month with the brilliant live event! Was so great to see everyone there ๐Ÿ’œ and the energy everyone brought was awesome ๐Ÿ’ช Learned a lot again and realized that I don't push myself quite enough, thought I was training to failure before but I can push through with the advice from Jamie. So yesterday and today I got a few new PBs ๐Ÿ˜ (will probably be needing to invest in some better face cream now though with how much I screwed my face up pushing through ๐Ÿ˜‚).
Shoulders are my weakest part and after some hard work and after starting to do push ups, I now have a teeny tiny bit of definition starting to poke through which I am super excited about (barely noticeable to the naked eye ๐Ÿ˜‚ but to me it is ๐Ÿ‘Š).
