I finally reached a pinnacle point this last month that going to the gym is a genuine 'need' now and not a negotiable feeling. On rest days I actually miss the gym.
Made slow and steady progress in May increasing my strength but lapsed a little on the food logging and did a lot of guess work so this needs improvement.
Ended the month with the brilliant live event! Was so great to see everyone there ๐ and the energy everyone brought was awesome ๐ช Learned a lot again and realized that I don't push myself quite enough, thought I was training to failure before but I can push through with the advice from Jamie. So yesterday and today I got a few new PBs ๐ (will probably be needing to invest in some better face cream now though with how much I screwed my face up pushing through ๐).
Shoulders are my weakest part and after some hard work and after starting to do push ups, I now have a teeny tiny bit of definition starting to poke through which I am super excited about (barely noticeable to the naked eye ๐ but to me it is ๐).
