✅ Upper body weights session done including;
- Dumbbell bent row
- Incline dumbbell press
- Dumbbell shoulder press
- Dumbbell push press
- Cable row
- Lat pull down
✅ Got over nerves and asked a guy for help using a barbell instead of a dumbbell as felt more secure and in control.
❌ Was underprepared and didn't eat before, went super dizzy 😵💫🫣😂 Thank goodness for the cafe there for an orange juice
❌ Learnt not to wear baggy short shorts unless you want all your wobbly bits on show 🫣😂 Stick to tight shorts or leggings. Thank goodness I don't have Crown Jewels 😂
