Morning, morning everybody!
It might be the end of the Bigg 30 Reset, but let's keep the momentum going.
What's everyone's plans this week? What is everyone working on?
It's half term for the kids, so I'm expecting lots of steps.
Tuesday - giving blood at lunchtime, then taking advantage of the lighter evenings, I'm heading out on a bike ride.
Wednesday - lunchtime weight training
Thursday - evening weight training
Saturday - 5-7k run
Sunday - I have a Highland cow experience. Get to feed and cuddle the mini moos๐ฎ๐ฅน
My biggest downfall is stretching. I love doing it in the evenings but I'm absolutely awful at stretching after exercise. My calves are killing me from the run on Saturday. So this week I am making a priority.
