Back in the gym today for the 1st time since tearing my MCL en route to the Live Event. πͺπΌ
Here's where we're starting from (only counted if 10 clean reps completed)

ππΌββοΈ Leg press 40kg
ππΌββοΈ Lunges 12kg
ππΌββοΈ Farmers walk 35kg (5kgs more than at the live)
ππΌββοΈ Deadlift 30kg
ππΌββοΈ Ab/Adductor 80kg
Deliberately took it easy on anything aggravating the knee (you'll notice squats aren't there π).
Other wins...
πFor those concerned about my jeans π I bought a pair 2 sizes smaller π€― & a dress 1 size smaller...the lats & the ladies weren't getting in a 10 π
