I have been going all day today. Yoga and stretching this morning. Then stretching with the kids at school. Walking around the room at work all morning. Went for a walk (this seems to be happening every week day now - love it though) at lunch. Had more sitting down this afternoon (teaching sewing to 15 children is a big job) had to contend with slowly losing my voice and tummy pain (from the gym or not from the gym lol). Now at home had tea , still have some work to do but then it is time to unwind.
