Eye test and gym were done by 9:40.
Have finished first week of training for the blueprint. I love the legs press (used for first time today). I have been brave (anxiety etc) and spoken to the staff at the gym who showed me machines and how to work them.
I am focussing on getting the exercises right but also being present and noticing everything that my body is feeling.
Trip to the doctors this afternoon (I'm walking down and back to get my steps in). Right now I'm going to settle down and do some work for going back next week.
