💙 Important Message 💛 (please watch + comment)
This is a short video message about a major mindset shift that we (as a community) need to make: Away from thinking that we HAVE TO drop time or make the podium and instead focus on building strong characters and happy/fulfilled swimmers who do the right things on autopilot. I explain more in the video. Let me know that you've watched the video (vote) and then I'm curious: What's ONE THING that has positively impacted your life since joining Swimpros?? Let's fill the comment section with positivity and real experiences!! 🌱🌿🌴 (Maybe make it our biggest Skool post that we've ever had??!!) Have u seen the video message? Vote and then comment your favorite thing below so others can see it 👇

🍓 Academy Week 5: Do HARD Things [pinned post]
Replay is up in the Classroom. Make sure you comment your answers in this post as you go thru the recording so I know what you're thinking. Much easier to provide feedback!! Look, so far we've covered: ✅ Goal Setting (the in-depth version) ✅ Michael Phelps breathing trick ✅ Visualization ✅ Basic nutrition for swimmers ✅ Desired identity statement ✅ You've gathered A LOT of evidence that supports your new identity 🔥 Keep the momentum going, 5 more weeks until we know who wins a brand new race suit of your choice!!! More and more fire badges are starting to appear I love it!! In today's training we have time for questions to make sure we're not leaving anybody behind. After that, we do a little magic together ok? It's gonna be workshop-style which means I'll ask you a series of questions that you can just answer in the comments. And at the end, you'll all have a massive done-and-ready improvement for this week. - No breakout rooms - No having to speak in front of everyone else ☺️

Strong negative emotions
Hi parents, I need help/hack… just something what maybe helped you. I have 2 girls, swimmers. The older is doing great with her selfeducation, listens to all advices and is willing to change what need to be changed. Then I have another one - she is 10. She is also working on her technique, listens to advices within trainigs, but then there are very strong emotions she is not able to handle e.g. she came from swimming camp today. It was 4,5 days and she was crying 3 days because she was missing home. Her older sister was there too, she spent time with her friends but still had that “crying” episodes every day between trainings. Is there anything I can do for her or I just need to wait until she grows up? I was on the phome, ensuring she will make it and if needen I can pick her up but she refused as she wants to swimm with older swimmers in the club. But I found it very heartbreaking to see this. Any advice what might help in next camp?
