On Sunday, Haley competed in a memorial pentaqua. Something amazing happened when she got in the water, I've never seen her swim the way she did! It goes to show, breathing before races makes all the difference. She got 4 cracking new PB's. 10 seconds off 100m fly 10 seconds off 100m back 20 seconds off 100m breast 13 second off 100m free She's also now wanting to take on longer courses, she's glowing with confidence and got her drive back 🥰💪

This weekend I had many positiv experiences and many PB`s. My biggest surprise was about 100m breast stroke. For backstroke I had a PB as well, but I was couldnt win in my age groupe, which means I need to improve my technique there. But all in all I am super happy :D

I just had my last meet this year this weekend. I had a lot of pb's. i swam: 400 freestyle and got 5.16,02 and got 9,03 pb but I felt I had more power left. 200 im 2.52 and got 1,30 seconds over my pb but my goal was to get a new pb on 50 fly and i did My time before was 36,76 but i got 34,74. 200 backstroke on 2,54.14 whit a new pb with 1,04 seconds. 800 freestyle I got a new pb with 1 minute and 27 seconds and got 11,05,70 but it was a year since last time I swam it and when I was finished, I didn’t feel tired at all. 100 fly I got a pb with 1.14 seconds and my time was 1.22. 100 backstroke I got a pb whit 4,47 seconds and got 1,20,85 but I wasn’t tired at all. I am realy happy with the meet and I got first place at all of the events.

I did 2 relays and. 2 individuals on saturday. The relays were 50 free (23.9) and 50 back (26.5), the individuals were 100 free (51.6) and 100 back (56.3). All were pb's
