Just a reminder that live sessions around this powerful course start this Friday at 12:30 p.m. MT. I created this course as shifting our mindset is crucial for sustainable changes to really stick. Yes, nutrition, movement, and sleep are all key lifestyle areas that support weight loss, improving health, and thriving. And mindset is the secret sauce that brings it all together and ensures the changes you make will last! The course is self-paced, and frankly I encourage you to take your time so that each module and each lesson can be fully implemented and practiced. The live sessions are a space for your questions, accountability, and support. Jeanna has tons of meditations available for you. She and I talk a lot in our groups about how just some deep breathing for 30 seconds every couple of hours can have a HUGE impact. Take a little time for yourself and practice some deep breathing with me! Today we focused on a breathing technique where the exhale is a few counts longer than the inhale - activating the parasympathetic nervous system more deeply. This allows us to calm our minds, release tension and reduce stress. Watch till the end and hear some interesting insights. :)
