"People do not decide their future. They decide their habits and their habits decide their future." And it all starts with our mindset and the inner narrative we are having with ourselves each day. Those thoughts determine behaviors - meaning the choices we are making. Our behaviors/choices will then become habits after a period of making those choices consistently. The sweet spot is 8 weeks for a habit to be established. You can look deeper at this in our Mindset Mastery Course, which can be tackled at your pace. Does this resonate with you?

Mindful Monday Question
Whether you write in a journal or spend some mindful time with your thoughts, here is a prompt I think is worth exploring: ❓What story are you telling yourself about your health journey right now? Is it serving you? ❓ Sometimes the stories we tell ourselves are part of an ingrained narrative that is hard to break free from. Examples I hear often: - I am just getting older, so ______________ is normal - This is just menopause and I can't do much about it - I just don't have time for ______________ - This runs in the family so I can't avoid it I could share so many more examples, but you get the idea. So whether you share something here in the comments or not, I encourage you to explore this question for yourself. Drop a like or comment if this resonates!

Who is working on mindset shifts?
Are you working on shifting that inner critic and creating a mindset practice that is self-supportive and drives you towards your health goals? Or is this something you want to start exploring? Nothing worth changing happens overnight, and if we really want to build and sustain healthy habits, how we think and self-talk is vital. That is why we created the Mindset Mastery Course that is available to all premium members (which is most of you by the way :). This is a chance to start really digging into your mindset and how to create an inner voice that is full of love, compassion and grace. This is at YOUR pace - in fact, I want you to take your time going through it and really applying everything you are learning. And then on Fridays, we meet every week (this is on the calendar here) at 1230pm MT (230pm ET) for 1 hour to talk about the course, answer questions, and deep dive into whatever you want around the course. This is optional for you, not required. If this time is challenging for you, but you are really interested in this option, comment here or shoot me a DM. I hope to see more of you there soon!
