Wanted to share this text (client name cropped out) from a client who was struggling with high blood pressure, even on daily medication. He got his BP into normal range and lost 20 lbs. :)
This was someone who thought he was "doing everything right." But unfortunately, there is a lot of misinformation out there and even doctors often don't understand how to come at things from a nutritional perspective.
