Seeing how we started a challenge today around nutrition and sharing our healthy plates of food with each other, I want to connect this back to mindfulness.
Making choices with intention IS mindfulness. 💡 And in a world where we can be on autopilot more often than we may want to admit, slowing down to allow space for this is important.
This can be as simple as asking yourself, "Does this choice support my goals?" or "Am I moving toward my vision of health today?" 🤔
Getting in the habit of having this mindful dialogue with ourselves is a key way we start to shift our mindset around nutrition (and other lifestyle changes).
And of course, some planning in advance goes along way!
