Blockading the Blockade - How it's going
This is a thread to talk about how the US blockading the Strait is going: Will we see US warships close to the Iranian shore? Will all incoming naval and aerial drones and missiles/torpedos be intercepted? Will ships still pass through the Iranian islands after they got the green light by the US? How good is the US at playing minesweeper? Will we see a takeover of the islands in the Strait? An amphibious invasion? Will everything on the islands and the nearby shore be flattened? How long will it take for the IR economy to collapse even further? Will we see IRGC defections? Another uprising?

In solidarity with Iranians, this fight is ours, too.
I am not Iranian, never been to Iran, am not personal friends with anyone from Iran….and yet, this is my fight, too, and so I charge into this battle alongside Iranian sisters and brothers. The head of the snake may be occupying and primarily torturing the population in Iran, but the reach of the snake endangers us all. How the Iranian regime’s ideology and actions are coming for all of us: - All over the world, Iran-backed terror cells harm local people with their violent behavior in many forms, from knife attacks to bus bombs and more. - Women face the danger of these misogynistic men flooding our society and skyrocketing instances of rape and worse. - Sophisticated propaganda has distorted public perception of geopolitical realities such that useful idiots help dig their own graves now. - Sharia law is creeping into Western legal systems, threatening women’s rights, gay rights, and secular governance. My daughters will never be forced to cover themselves on anyone’s theological terms. - Iran-backed terror networks destabilize the Middle East and beyond, fueling proxy wars, refugee crises, and regional collapse that ripple across the globe. What’s this costing you? Id like to learn how this fight touches your life, whether it’s your children, your community, your country’s future, or your conscience. This isn’t just about Iran. U.S strategy = Containment > Collapse
With Israel entering negotiations with Lebanon and The U.S entering negotiations with Iran, it seems clear to me that the goal is not regime. Rather Regime behavior change(Aka containment). I know the fight between the Islamic Republic and the people of Iran is our fight and not America's, but a lot of Iranians expected U.S and Israel to take out the regime and bring Reza Pahlavi and or a demcocracy as they sat back and watched, but that's far from the case, because why woudl they choose the complex path of regime change when containment is eaiser? And I think the sooner we accept that, the better off we are.
