I can’t believe it’s already August! There are two new drills up in the Drill of the Week section of the classroom. The rope drill is especially fun, and I think you’re going to like it, @Hilary Johnson ! We’re also fine-tuning our new mace flow at the park. I’m really enjoying this one because it has so many unique elements and feels completely different from the last two. We still need to come up with a name, so suggestions are welcome! Hope to see all the locals at the park tomorrow. I’ll also get a video of the full flow posted sometime this week. We're going to go to RT Rogers around noon tomorrow and play a few games if anyone wants to swing by!

Did some rope training today in the heat lol. Getting a feel for it. My hands still get confused though. Loving it though.
