Unconventional Fitness & Flow is a community for people who like to move a little differently.
We train with steel mace, flow ropes, Indian clubs, and other unconventional tools to build coordination, mobility, strength and resilience. This group supports our Sunday park sessions and gives everyone one place to share videos, talk about workouts, and stay in the loop.
Over time, this space will also become the online home for our movement practice. You’ll find lessons, movement breakdowns, original flows, and training tips to help you build skill and confidence, whether you train with us in person or on your own.
All levels are welcome. We focus on learning together and keeping fitness fun.
