No in person meet up this weekend but I just put the video version up in the classroom under the January Flow Class. I really had a ton of fun making this one and messing with a new format. Let me know what you think of the cheesy music and graphics 🤣 Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Favorite place to move is first at the park with the group, second in the garage where I can stream the lessons and learn at my own pace, third, will be outside on vacations once I learn enough to feel confident enough and can just lose myself in a five minute or longer mental flow. 4. Just did the Week 1 Flow again today following the posted video. It is starting to click. I can see the circles now. Hand grips still making me fumble though lol.

Join us for 2026 swings of your choice tomorrow at 9am PST. Swing a mace, gada, clubs, kettlebell, snow shovel, toilet plunger, pet, or anything you else you can think of. Some people from the Instagram SMF community are hosting a zoom tomorrow at 9am PST and 2000 swings takes about an hour. The zoom will be open for about an hour and a half. It’s just a fun little meet up you don’t have to do all the swings but it’s a good way to start the year. If you’re interested lemme know and I’ll DM the zoom link! Have a great NYE!
