No in person meet up this weekend but I just put the video version up in the classroom under the January Flow Class. I really had a ton of fun making this one and messing with a new format. Let me know what you think of the cheesy music and graphics 🤣 Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Alright just ordered my first ropes for rope flow! One quality rope from Slush Ropes on Dustin's recommendation and two cheapy Amazon ropes just to play around with to see what weight and length I like best before I buy some more. Love it! I can tell this is going to be like buying guitars or getting tattoos. Can never get just one and always looking forward to what's next!

Just did the Week 1 Flow again today following the posted video. It is starting to click. I can see the circles now. Hand grips still making me fumble though lol.

Join us for 2026 swings of your choice tomorrow at 9am PST. Swing a mace, gada, clubs, kettlebell, snow shovel, toilet plunger, pet, or anything you else you can think of. Some people from the Instagram SMF community are hosting a zoom tomorrow at 9am PST and 2000 swings takes about an hour. The zoom will be open for about an hour and a half. It’s just a fun little meet up you don’t have to do all the swings but it’s a good way to start the year. If you’re interested lemme know and I’ll DM the zoom link! Have a great NYE!
