We had a good turnout today with 5 people in attendance. I personally had a blast! We worked on the January Flow which we are now officially calling the Shakespeare Flow. I really like this flow and we will continue to fine tune it and add to it throughout the beginning of the new year. I'm posting the video of just the flow here again because in the previous one I posted I left out the switchblade uppercut. Make sure to hit me up if you have any questions!
