*BALANCE SAFELY* Make sure you can balance safely before trying any of the standing moves. Please use a chair in front of you as a balance aid if it would help, and use the top of the backrest as a balance aid. Breathe... Go easy, and follow your intuition. Try the first "Basics Challenge" in the "Classroom" section to begin your practice. If something feels painful, stop. Modify if possible (let's chat in the "Questions and Support Q&A" tab, or comment below in this post), or leave it alone for now. Exercise is an experiment - you're finding out what is easier and what is harder. That's part of the benefit, and part of the challenge.
