*BALANCE SAFELY* Make sure you can balance safely before trying any of the standing moves. Please use a chair in front of you as a balance aid if it would help, and use the top of the backrest as a balance aid.
If something feels painful, stop. Modify if possible (let's chat), or leave it alone for now.
Exercise is an experiment - you're finding out what is easier and what is harder. That's part of the benefit, and part of the challenge.
