Call on Wednesday - Dec 11th: How Do You Measure the Impact of IDGs? - A Case Study
Our recent discussion and poll on measuring IDGs sparked an intensive exchange of ideasβ€”thank you to everyone who contributed. Your insights showed just how crucial it is to connect IDGs with real-world applications in organizations. The poll is here in cased you missed it. Building on this, I am pleased to share a case study on using the IDG Measurement Tool to align IDGs with company values and foster cultural transformation. You find the case study in the classroom. On the 11th of December we will be hosting a live call with @Mark Vandeneijdne and CEO Kuhle Siam. This is your chance to hear directly from them and ask questions. Measuring IDGs is a powerful starting point for opening meaningful conversations with potential clients - a key focus of our work here in the ID@Work community. Together with @Mark Vandeneijdne and @Peter Leong, the trainers of the IDG Measurement Tool Certification program, we are on a journey to dive deep into how structured measurement can bring clarity and impact to the practice of inner development. We’re excited to welcome the first cohort of the IDG Measurement Tool certification training graduates to this space! πŸŽ‰ A warm welcome to @Alexandra Horvath, @Fabiana Mello, @LetΓ­cia Lenzi Bressiani, @Luca Salvini, @Melanie Elmquist, @Taffy Chirunda, @Thea Morris and congratulations on your pioneering spirit in this first cohort.
