Hey everyone,
Here is an aerobic builder with controlled pacing and short walk recoveries. The goal is to keep everything at RPE 4 (easy/moderate) and stay relaxed throughout. This is about rhythm and pacing.
Focus on:
- Relaxed shoulders and steady breathing
- Even pacing - don’t start too fast
- Use the walks to fully recover and reset
This is a great session for building aerobic fitness and practicing pace control.
