This session is all about breath control, pacing awareness and finishing speed, three things that matter massively in HYROX when fatigue starts to creep in.
The pyramid keeps intensity honest and controlled, while the final 200s force you to hold form, cadence and breathing under pressure, just like late race runs after stations.
Focus points today:
• Smooth, relaxed breathing through the pyramid
• Stay disciplined at RPE 5, don’t drift faster
• Sharp turnover and intent on the final sprints
This is where control becomes performance.
