So I won’t be racing again until December. I would have liked to in June but Sydney race is one while I am in Canada watching the World Cup.
Brisbane didn’t go as I wanted to but in all honesty went as well as expected. Due to my last 8 weeks of training being inconsistent after starting my football season
My question is, this far out what is the best place to start?
Do I try to rebuild raw strength, am I better doing longer steady state run and conditioning a couple of times a week?
My main issue was pushing too hard first half and not having the capacity to back it up second half
