Early morning track session as it would be too hot to do later this afternoon. I was nervous about this one, but needed up pushing paces I didn’t think I would hit and really enjoyed this session.

I need to pace better - 400m reps we’re all over the place. Great session though in the rain.

Running Workout - Class #5
Pushed the pace on the 2000m and was able to stay between 5min/km and 4:30min/km which for me is huge. Those sprints and air squats are evil - definitely mimics a Hyrox race.

As tough as these are - they are doing something. According to my watch my VO2 has increased again.
