Intro post-Hyrox Coaches Summit
Hi! I’m a masters open Hyrox athlete with #8 finish (my best) at 2026 Americas championship and 12min+ improvement since Jan 2025. I attended the Hyrox London Coaches Summit and was informed of this community during Chris Hinshaw’s presentation.
Pumped to be here to support my growth mindset. Reside in Boise Idaho. Plan to race SLC and Denver this fall.Hope to see you there!
