Week 1 was about setting the baseline and understanding the demands of the station.
Week 2 is about adding exposure and consistency, not chasing results yet.
Nothing fancy. Just showing up, repeating quality work and letting adaptation start to happen.
What to focus on this week...
- Follow the sessions as written
- Control your pacing - no rushing reps
- Stay consistent across all 5 sessions this week
- Pay attention to how fatigue shows up, not how “fit” you feel
