As we roll into a new year, I just want to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you for showing up, for asking great questions and for being part of this community. The conversations, curiosity and commitment I see here are exactly what make athletes better ...not just fitter, but smarter and more intentional.

If you raced last year, take what you learned and build on it. If you’re preparing for your first HYROX, trust that the work you’re doing now compounds faster than you think.

We’ve got some really exciting things coming in 2026 - more education, better tools and clearer pathways to help you train and race with confidence. Gus and I are looking forward to continuing to support you inside this space and seeing the community grow!
