Hello family..

I hope you are all well and having a great week so far!!

I put together this video so those who couldn’t come down to HYROX London could have a proper view of the stations and how BIG that event actually was.

I know there is a lot of talking around some of the small things that went wrong at the wall ball.. But we gotta give credits where it is deserved.. HYROX UK put together an event for 40k athletes, where they just took the biggest standard HYROX has delivered before, and doubled it. For perspective, the number of athletes a normal event would take 3 days to accommodate, HYROX London took per day, around 10-11k athletes.
