A customer bought a product and wasn't happy with the quality. I offered her several options: a partial refund while keeping the item, a free replacement, or any other product of her choice without returning anything. She declined everything and only wants a full refund. Our warehouse is in China. Should I ask her to send the item back to China, or just refund her? How do you usually handle situations like this?

Recently, I started watching more YouTube content about Google Shopping and Google Ads for eCommerce, and I’m now exploring whether I should start moving in that direction as well. For those of you who moved from Meta to Google Shopping, what was the biggest difference you noticed? And do you think Google is easier to scale once you find a good product? I own a lighting store in France; I’ve been at it for six months. I ran both PMax and Shopping campaigns, but now I’m running only PMax with a daily budget of €40. The campaign does generate sales, but I can't seem to reach profitability for the store. I optimize and pause products—could it be the budget? The country? Would it be better to switch to another market, like the USA?

Once a store is approved on Google, is it okay to go back and change the theme around and rearrange things, or can that cause issues? How careful do you have to be with reviews? Can changing or adding reviews get the store flagged or banned? Is it risky to go back and change product images/titles/description after the products/store are already approved? do you guys prefer 1:1 or 4:5 images for for Google? Are there certain things on the site that you guys just don’t touch once Google approves the store? If I want to add more apps or change sections on the product page, is that usually safe? (IE katching etc) Appreciate all the responses from before. Just trying to lock in and crush Q4 🙏
