Iftari
Dahi bahle 3 tb spoon ,2 date and 3 onion rings and deotx drink
Dinner
Cd size jo roti with chicken ginger 2 tbspoon and 4 tbspoon chanae and lots of salad
Walk 10 min
Coriander water
And 2 glass more water
Approx complete 6 glass of water
Before sleep
Haldi milk with one egg
