✅ identify your energy booster Morning chae+ morning workout+morning journaling These 3 things are my energy boosters...if my day is planned it will boost my mood n my energy ✅ Identify your energy drain Sitting for long hours without doing anything Sometimes overthinking too ✅Make one positive change I adopt two new habbits that helped me a lot ❤️ Reading I read daily almost few pages of book ❤️ Gardening I am new to this thing n I learn about this activity alot from YouTube...it calms my mind .. connects me with nature somehow. ✅ Reflection I am more focused now....know my things know myself better Here is the few pics of my garden ...they are old as I am currently in my mom's home so can't take pic of my small garden now
