Breakfast: fried egg with roti & cup of tea without sugar. Lunch: 30g roti with bhindi & 4 to 5 spoons Dahi. Dinner: grilled chicken pieces. Protein in every meal ✅ fiber before lunch ✅, water 2 liter ✅ no junk and no sugar ✅ outdoor walk for 1 hour ✅
