Day 5 of glow up challenge
3 line of proud of my self I am doing well, and I keep showing up for myself even when I feel a little weak. Last week had ups and downs, but I didn’t give up — I always stand back up stronger. I focused on my water intake and myself, and I am proud of the effort I am putting in every day. Affirmation I choose to focus on my health. I trust my body and listen to what it needs. Every day, I am becoming healthier and stronger. My body is healing, and I am taking good care of it.
