โœ… practice positive talk Currently I am in my mom's home so I was not able to do more steps ...but I practice positive talk n makes my mind that it's ok as I am doing workout there consistenly so it's ok. โœ…Show up confidently I chose to smile more... enjoy more..focus more They all combine to make me more confident n beautiful (I am a self obsessed person) โœ…3 things I m proud of โค๏ธI am proud of losing 10.5kgs already โค๏ธI am proud of doing steps n workout with all the household chores alone without any helper โค๏ธI am proud of being the member of this beautiful community..your love your appreciation makes me proud. โœ… Reflection โค๏ธI m afraid of gaining the weight back โค๏ธI am afraid of losing calm to my kids โค๏ธI am afraid of setting boundaries But I will work on these n inshallah makes myself more better โœ… Picture โค๏ธMy plants pictureas they give me more confident as I started to learn gardening n I have learn a lot (New skill) โค๏ธMy dumbbell makes me slim fit ...boost my confidence โค๏ธMy kids ...they give me confidence so I have to be a better n healthy person so they won't have any trouble in future regarding my health issues
