DM responses - moving beyond "I'm interested, please send more info"
Hey team, I was hoping to get some advice on how to move beyond the "just interested" responses to my DMs.
If I send out 20 DMs, currently I'm getting maybe 2 responses asking for more information.
But, I haven't moved past that stage yet with a lead, to where they are asking about a specific deal or asking for funding.
Wondering if people have advice for how to better move these leads along?
I also find that sometimes they ask questions, but I don't know enough yet on how all our funding works. So i think I need to become more of an expert as well, rather than just relying on the website and sending it to them.
- do you often take a more consultive approach on your deals, helping them figure it out? Or do most know what they need?
