This is to be managed carefully so it does not move from high value to being worth as much as crayons on toilet paper. 😉 Please remember the following rules: 🙋‍♂️ It can only be used on a deal submitted with us. If the deal is not submitted with us, it will not be in our CRM, and when a broker or other individual calls me, I will not be able to confirm that it is legitimate. 💲 If must be a deal type we actually fund. If it's a gap deal, or something else that is outside what we do, we will not back the downloaded PoF document. ✅ If it is a deal type that one of our partners funds, get prior approval. This is true even if it's under $1m. If we are not going to fund it because it's not what we do, but we have someone that will do it, ask us first.
