I've tried multiple times to join and says the host needs to bring me into the call. Please admit if this is in progress.

Stack method submission question
For a stack method deal where the buyer still needs to line up the DSCR/HML piece, do they: A) Sumit 1 deal as a Stack method and we work with our partners on the DSCR/HML piece. B) Submit 2 deals: 1 on the DSCR/HML section and 1 on the Stack method bucket. Appreciate any clarification here!

CRM and using AI
Curious what others are using for organizing leads and checking back with warm leads, using AI agents to help with some of the outreach and workload. Someone encouraged me to start using MONDAY, but I was curious to hear what others are doing?

@Meredith Ries I have some different columns set up and fill out depending on how warm the lead is. I'll prob graduate to a CRM at some point. Let me know what you end up going with!

Calendar link & sync
Good morning! I am trying to sync this calendar, (as a whole, not individual dates) to my Google Calendar, however I am having difficulties locating the master calendar link to do so. Is anyone available to point me in the right direction? Please and thank you🙏🏻

Agree this would be helpful! Is there a way to "subscribe" to the calendar? I do this on other calendars within gmail.
