🧐 Interesting situation. Buyer buying a wedding venue “biz” and the land is sold separately. Two businesses one seller. 1st idea is 100% SF the biz w the seller Then Buy the land with morby method. Now the clever question is can the land be DSCR cuz the land is rented by the wedding biz. 🤔
