And I have a need for a business loan or line of credit for a very green 💚 and global company that has all the right credentials. I'm out of town for a few days this coming week for a capital raising 💰 event ... and therefore, we do not have the normal Tuesday evening and Thursday mid-day calls. I've raised $10m+ over the past year, but it's mostly been for specific deal flow and outside our 506(b) fund🪣. This event is part of my new initiative to raise $2m this year specifically to add to our fund as stable investing capital. It's mostly a few social events to give a feel for the event. 🍽️ 💙 I would love to hear your thoughts, tips & tricks, etc on how you best take advantage of events like this.

I’ve tried a lot of different things in real estate over the past 25 years but embarrassingly, I never stuck with any of them. They were more like side gigs that I was dabbling in (as I worked my full-time career as a Firefighter). Now that I am retired, I hope to find one thing that fits my personality and focus on it. One thing you’re excited to learn or improve: How the escrow agreement between the lender/funder and the escrow company is actually drafted and fully secured (before funds are wired). I know that’s really specific, but it’s what jumped in my head as I was thinking about this question. Favorite non-work hobby: Keeps changing over the years.
