Does the Morby/Stack work the same way when buying a business? I've had 2 potential borrowers ask me. Thank you!

Does the borrower have to cover the closing costs (skin in the game)? Are we ONLY funding their down payment for their lender?

What a time to be alive! The Month of June + July 1st: 2 Double Closes and 4 Stack Method deals funded and Closed with my own funds! 🚀 A lot of hard work and perseverance got me to where I am now.
