Hey @Paul Brown and team - would love to hear your thoughts on this one pager? The idea is to send this to potential leads, or something similar to this, before just sending them to the website. My hope is that something like this triggers questions, and they come back to me, and then i send them the website when they are closer to landing a deal.

Hey team, I was hoping to get some advice on how to move beyond the "just interested" responses to my DMs. If I send out 20 DMs, currently I'm getting maybe 2 responses asking for more information. But, I haven't moved past that stage yet with a lead, to where they are asking about a specific deal or asking for funding. Wondering if people have advice for how to better move these leads along? I also find that sometimes they ask questions, but I don't know enough yet on how all our funding works. So i think I need to become more of an expert as well, rather than just relying on the website and sending it to them. @Paul Brown - do you often take a more consultive approach on your deals, helping them figure it out? Or do most know what they need?
