Here’s what they are asking: - What is your typical funding range per deal? - Do you provide funds directly to the title company? - Are there any upfront fees required prior to funding? - Can your funding be combined with a primary lender, such as a hard money lender, as part of the capital stack?

@Paul Brown I’m thinking a newsletter optin button on our website. So when I send potential leads to my website, I can capture their info. Given most leads it’s all about timing. I want to be able to capture their info right away, and then keep them on a newsletter list. The website would need to have an initial optin form and then the newsletter component in the background. In the beginning - it could lead to a simple google form sheet, that I then put into a newsletter platform. What do you think?

@Paul Brown Yeah, I was wondering how you could automate it for multiple websites. A full funnel is ideal, but also I think just a newsletter format is valuable. I wonder if people created their own newsletter accounts - and then if there’s a plugin you could build that we insert into the website and attach our own newsletter to it?

I just started using Claude as well, it seems to be very good

@Paul Brown everything. I find ChatGPT very good for data and logic. I find Claude better at having an actual conversation with and getting ideas. I use it to brainstorm ideas, write scripts, write responses to emails, write marketing pitches and posts.
